Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in solar energy, battery storage, EV charging, and electrical maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for sustainable energy solutions and a proven track record in B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and maintenance services.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within renewable energy, electrical services, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, battery storage solutions, EV charging infrastructure, and electrical maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work towards financial targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Full UK driving licence.


Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
