My client is looking for an Engineering Production Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ production management experience. Reporting to the Managing Director. Overseeing all aspects of Production. Managing a team of support staff and looking for a specific function within the business. The ideal candidate will be a qualified engineer with a proven track record in production and quality management. You must be process and procedure driven, Overseeing compliance of AS9100 QMS, HR, H&S, OTDIF, Quality. A working knowledge of the Aerospace and Defence sectors. A good understanding of paint specifications, chemical treatments of aluminium, CNC machining & Engraving, Screen Printing and Masking.
