My client is looking for Health and Safety Advisors to provide competent and professional advice and support to our clients. This is a key role that drives compliance to health and safety standards, set under various pieces of legislation including, The Construction Design Management Regulations 2015 (CDM).

To be successful in this role, you should ideally come from a construction background and have relevant health and safety experience and possess appropriate health and safety qualifications and professional accreditations.

Candidates must be motivated, good communicators in person and via email and telephone, able to self-manage workloads, be flexible regarding working hours, be comfortable with travelling around a designated region. Computer literacy is vital, preferable with a knowledge and use of apple products, I-Pads and I-Phones.

The job role includes carrying out site audits on various construction sites, carrying out Pre-Construction Information Surveys and producing Pre-Construction Information Plans, suing Apple products on company specific software, attendance at client meetings, production of safe systems of work and providing general construction safety advice to both Clients and Contractors.

The job does involve travelling to and from your home to various sites / locations and will also involve the occasional overnight stay as required. Some site inspections are carried out after 20:00 hrs these are paid as overtime.
